This project Phoenix from the Water, was a response from Lachlan Clark and myself about the major flooding that occurred in Mackay in February 2008. Lachlan wrote the music, and we co-wrote the words and I produced the track.

We donated profits from the sale of the single to the Mackay Flood Relief Foundation.

Lachlan has since gone on to win major country music awards for his singing and his song-writing.
